Curriculum Goals
- To uphold the founding Christian spirit: “Faith, Hope and Love” and nurture students to become humble servants of God.
- Through the study of the Bible, students will set a positive view of life which is based on Christian values and school-based values.
- To introduce Christian faith to students and to demonstrate the love and grace of God, so that they will have abundant life.
- To guide students to stay on the pathway that God pleases, and will not depart from it.
Curriculum Highlights
Religious Studies Class
Our Religious Studies Curriculum is designed in accordance with The Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui School Education Policy and our school-based Value Education policy, to proclaim Christian faith and the twelve SPCC core values.
Whole-School Worship Culture
Having morning devotion, learning of the Monthly Bible Verses, and attending services in weekly assemblies as integral parts of the school life, students can build a close relationship with God and their lives can be nurtured by the Word of God.
Providing channels for students to share their faith
Students can share their faith and enrich one another spiritually through interactive activities like student fellowships, Gospel Station, online platform for hymns sharing and forums.
Gospel Week and Gospel Night
During the Gospel Week, evangelistic meetings and gospel activities are held for students in each level. Students and families are invited to attend the Gospel Night to receive gospel message.
Church-school Partnership
Our school and SKH St. Paul’s Church are in a committed relationship to allow students to learn about the congregation and have a deeper understanding of Jesus Christ. Pastors of St. Paul’s Church are invited to be the celebrants of our Christmas and Easter Service.
